Organizing people and resources toward a goal.
The divine enablement to understand what makes an organization function, and to plan and execute procedures that accomplish its goals. People with this gift bring order out of chaos, manage details well, and help ministries run effectively.

Building and creating with skilled hands.
The divine enablement to creatively design and construct useful things with wood, cloth, metal, glass, or other materials. Craftsmen serve the body by making, maintaining, and improving what ministry requires.

Communicating truth through the arts.
The divine enablement to communicate God's truth through a variety of art forms — drama, music, writing, photography, and visual art — so that people encounter truth in fresh and memorable ways.

Strengthening and comforting others toward action.
The divine enablement to present truth so as to strengthen, comfort, and urge others toward growth. Encouragers reassure the discouraged, challenge complacency, and call people to courageous obedience.

Trusting God with extraordinary confidence.
The divine enablement to act on God's promises with unwavering confidence in his ability and intention to fulfill them. People with this gift believe God for things others see as impossible.

Contributing resources joyfully and generously.
The divine enablement to contribute money and resources to the work of the Lord with cheerfulness and liberality. Givers often manage their finances carefully so they can release more for kingdom purposes.

Serving behind the scenes to support others.
The divine enablement to attach spiritual value to the accomplishment of practical and often behind-the-scenes tasks that support the body of Christ and free others to minister.

Creating belonging for strangers and guests.
The divine enablement to care for people by providing fellowship, food, and shelter. Those with this gift make newcomers feel welcomed, known, and connected to the family of God.
1 Peter 4:9-10; Romans 12:13
Praying persistently and effectively for others.
The divine enablement to consistently pray on behalf of others and see frequent and specific results. Intercessors sense burdens for people and situations and carry them faithfully to God.
James 5:14-16; Colossians 1:9-12
Casting vision and motivating people toward it.
The divine enablement to cast vision, set goals, and motivate and direct people to accomplish the purposes of God. Leaders influence others to perform at their best for a shared mission.

Compassion in action toward the suffering.
The divine enablement to feel genuine empathy and compassion for those who suffer, and to translate that compassion into cheerful acts that reflect Christ's love and relieve suffering.

Starting and extending new works of God.
The divine enablement to start and oversee the development of new churches or ministry expressions, often across cultural lines, with an authority and adaptability that God confirms.

Speaking God's timely word to his people.
The divine enablement to reveal truth and proclaim it in a timely and relevant manner for understanding, correction, repentance, or edification of God's people.

Sharing the gospel so others respond.
The divine enablement to effectively communicate the gospel to unbelievers so they respond in faith and move toward discipleship. Evangelists love people wherever they are on their spiritual journey.

Nurturing and guiding people over time.
The divine enablement to nurture, care for, and guide people toward ongoing spiritual maturity and to protect them from what would harm their walk with God.

Making truth clear so people can apply it.
The divine enablement to understand, clearly explain, and apply the Word of God so that people learn, grow, and are motivated toward maturity and obedience.

Distinguishing truth from error, good from evil.
The divine enablement to clearly distinguish between truth and error, and to recognize the spiritual source and motive behind a person, message, or situation.

Receiving insight God did not reveal naturally.
The divine enablement to bring truth to the body of Christ through a revelation or biblical insight that was not acquired through natural means, handled with humility and responsibility.

Practical, God-given solutions for real situations.
The divine enablement to apply spiritual truth effectively to meet a need in a specific situation. People with this gift offer simple, practical counsel in the midst of complexity or conflict.

God's supernatural restoration through prayer.
The divine enablement to be God's means for restoring people to wholeness — physically, emotionally, or spiritually — through prayer, in his timing and for his glory.
1 Corinthians 12:9; James 5:14-16
Making a Spirit-given message understandable.
The divine enablement to make known to the body of Christ the message of one who is speaking in tongues, so that the whole church is edified.

God's power displayed beyond natural means.
The divine enablement to authenticate the ministry and message of God through supernatural interventions that glorify him and point people to Christ.

Spirit-given prayer or speech in another language.
The divine enablement to speak, worship, or pray in a language unknown to the speaker, which — when exercised publicly — is accompanied by interpretation for the building up of the church.
